Painted to stop graffiti, there was a police car in the mural initially, but it was repeatedly defaced. The car was ultimately painted to look like a regular civilian car.
(Historical building) 1st Sears, old Plymouth dealer, being restored to old elegance. The Concept was to tie-in the Port of Houston with the community. The 2 laborers pictured were former workers. Was featured on the cover of East End Official Guide in 1996.
